Privacy | Cyber Elixir Inc.

Cyber Elixir Inc. is a Canadian security firm. Handling information carefully is our profession, and this page describes plainly what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. Our practices are guided by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and the message you write to us.
Sample report requests: your name, email address, and company name.
Insurance readiness check: your name, email address, company name, and the twelve answers you selected. Your score is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent to us unless you ask for the results by email.
Job applications: your name, contact details, links you choose to share, and your resume. Resumes are emailed directly to our hiring inbox and are not stored on this web server.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not buy, sell, or trade personal information.

Why we collect it

To respond when you contact us or request materials such as the Pulse sample report.
To follow up about services you have expressed interest in.
To assess job applications.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive at our company mailbox and are retained only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them — an enquiry we're responding to, an engagement we're discussing, or a role being filled. We do not maintain marketing databases of website visitors.

Client engagement data

Information handled during security engagements — including Pulse reporting — is governed by the engagement agreement signed with each client, which takes precedence over this page. As a standing practice: Pulse access is read-only, data handling is minimized, and engagement data is processed in Canada.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@cyberelixir.ca and we will respond promptly.
